It was a German doctor who developed the famous Angostura aromatic bitters over 180 years ago, and his sons continued on with the business in Trinidad. This summer Angostura is bringing the spirit of Trinidad back to Germany by sponsoring two events entitled "Share the Spirit" during the World Cup.

The events are free of charge and will feature major acts such Maximus Dan, Dawg E. Slaughter, and Destra with Atlantik.

The first event is June 10th in Dortmund at Limericks Pub at Kampstrasse 47. It is a two minute walk from the central train station. Hours are noon to midnight.

The second event takes place in Munich on June 17th at the Hofbraukeller on the Innere-Wiener-Strasse 19. Hours are 11am to 11pm. It is near Max-Weber-Platz accessible via the U4 and U5 trains or tram lines 15,18,19 and 25.
